Return Policy

Your happiness with your purchase matters to us. Every piece at Vintage Vault Treasures has a history worth cherishing, and we want you to feel confident when bringing one home.

How Returns Work

  • If you’re not completely in love with your item, please email or call us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

  • We’ll confirm your request within 3 days and provide instructions.

  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of our acknowledgement. Please use the original carrier (unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing), the original packaging, and insure the piece for its full purchase price.

  • Returned items must arrive in the same condition they were sent, with tags and identifying marks intact.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • We recommend using delivery tracking and obtaining a delivery receipt for your protection.

As soon as your return arrives and is verified, we’ll issue a refund of the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee (unless waived by us). Refunds will be sent within 3 business days and always in a traceable manner for everyone’s protection.

Important Notes

  • Returns are not available for custom orders or layaway items.

  • Items damaged in shipping are handled separately (see below).


Damaged Item Policy

If your treasure arrives damaged in shipment, please do not send it back, as that will void the insurance.

  • Damage claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier. (Each carrier has its own process, so check with them for details.)

  • Keep all packaging and every part of the damaged item, since carriers usually require them for inspection.

  • If you are filing the claim yourself, we’ll gladly provide any necessary insurance details and guide you through the process.

We believe every piece deserves to arrive safe, secure, and celebrated.

  • FREE Shipping in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Every shipment includes full insurance and signature confirmation.

  • International Shipping: We’re happy to serve clients around the world via USPS or FedEx (where available). Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged upon arrival.
